This is a High Capacity Machine for the manufacture of Ice Cream Wafer Cup Making Machine. The machine is equipped with Two rows in Model MB-25, Four rows in Model MB-50 and Five rows in Model MB-55 of baking moulds or in the case of larger cone diameter, with four rows. The special cast alloys baking moulds are mounted on a heavy steel frame. The upper half ( the main part of mould ) which slides up and down between two steel columns is balanced by counterweights and operated by a hand lever. The batter is infused by means of a very exact, adjustable and batter deposition device. The moulds are equipped with automatic ejectors. A single movement will open the moulds and eject the cones which fall into a box, placed underneath the baking moulds. The operation or handling of the machine is very simple and done by an unskilled worker.Special Features

These are moulds are made by CNC Machines to ensure high accuracy and better finishing.
- The machine requires 1 phase electrical power in Model MB-25 and 3Phase in Model MB-50 & 55. The heating is controlled by the control panel (energy regulator). Earthing is absolutely essential for the machine.
